This full-time, temporary role, based in Mount Pearl Square, demands precision in managing vendor relations and purchase order creation. With a commitment to efficient purchasing methods, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational effectiveness and compliance in procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess purchase requisitions for completeness

• Communicate with vendors regarding purchases as needed

• Develop and issue purchase orders efficiently

• Assess appropriate methods for procurement strategies

• Follow through on purchases using established protocols

Requirements:

• Four years of relevant buying experience required

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management

• Familiarity with Meditech System is advantageous

• Proven record of reliability at work

• Ability to perform clerical presence involving lifting
