About Us: Creekstone Benefits, a leading provider of health insurance solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Support Representative. Located in Alexandria, Ohio, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners.
Job Description: As an Internal Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing client-related tasks, handling benefit plan spreadsheets, and facilitating communication between clients and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high level of service to clients and prospects to meet established deadlines.
- Assist clients in resolving claims and billing issues, and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare health insurance benefit plan spreadsheets for current and prospective clients to share with advisors.
- Compile comprehensive Employee Benefits Packets using internal software.
- Send outgoing Requests for Quotes for both current and prospective clients.
- Proactively communicate with sales staff, advisors, and multiple insurance carriers to support internal operations.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required.
- Some college experience preferred.
Competencies:
- Proven proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring both speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Capability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Excellent listening skills with patience and adaptability.
Employment Type:
- 30-40 hours per week
