Position: Client Account Manager (2+ years of B2B exp. req. $55-70K+)

Overview

Salary: $55,000- $70,000 + Bonus Potential (up to $10K) + $600/month Car Allowance + Gas Card

Job Type: Full-Time

Our client in the commercial cleaning industry is seeking a Client Account Manager to join their growing team outside of Bensalem, Pennsylvania. This opportunity is suitable for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment, excels at building relationships with customers and subcontractors, and enjoys solving challenges without micromanagement. The role combines remote work with travel throughout the assigned territory, offering flexibility to set schedules and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities include customer retention, operational support, subcontractor management, and account growth. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer concerns
  • Manage customer escalations and service complaints
  • Identify, interview, and onboard new subcontractors to meet business needs
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure service expectations are met
  • Conduct site visits to audit service quality
  • Complete change of service forms and ensure all account updates are accurately recorded
  • Manage territory growth by identifying opportunities to expand services
  • Provide regular updates on account status, service challenges, and business opportunities
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B or B2C client support experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Ability to work occasional (1x per month) nights/weekends required
