Role

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, fostering and maintaining strong relationships. This role is customer-focused and involves managing initiatives that align with the customer s goals and objectives. The Account Manager works collaboratively to ensure projects are executed successfully from initiation to completion, providing consistent support and strategic insights. This role is expected to be office based at least 2-3 days a week.

What

You’ll Do
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers and internal teams. Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and Veeva, addressing needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Customer Support:
    Understand customer objectives, challenges, and opportunities to deliver tailored solutions. Proactively provide recommendations to optimize customer success and project outcomes.
  • Project Oversight:
    Manage and oversee projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Monitor progress, address risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Facilitate communication between internal departments to align on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
  • B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of account management/project management experience
  • Pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience is a plus
  • Pharmaceutical Event Planning experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and clear oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet changing priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to travel and work onsite for customer meetings
Nice to Have
  • Familiar with health sciences and regulated environments
  • Maintain knowledge of regulations (e.g., OIG, PhRMA Code)
  • Fundamental knowledge of Veeva Commercial Cloud Product Suite including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Events Management, and Engage
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team atmosphere
  • Positive attitude and a "Whatever it Takes" mindset

Compensation
  • Base pay: $65,000 - $95,000
  • The salary range is provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary depending on experience and location. Compensation may include additional components such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
