Location& Remote
This role is remote. Job seekers must reside in Virginia, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Idaho. The role may require biannual on‑site visits at our West Chester, PA location. Relocation assistance is not applicable.
Responsibilities- Determine the appropriate upsell item types for both scripted and non‑scripted products.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify possible upsells.
- Follow business rules and expectations related to upsell attachments, PALs, show inventory levels, broken SKUs and pricing.
- Set pricing and credit term offers in the Pricing System.
- Advocate for upsells and cross‑sell to increase attachment rates.
- Monitor and advise on calendar adjustments across all channels based on sales results and trends.
- Partner with internal and external cross‑functional teams.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in retail planning, merchandising or marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience in analytics, including Excel, SQL and Tableau.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of apparel and jewelry trends.
