Essential Job Functions Strategy & Planning

Ownership of overall product strategy and planning for the Asia Pacific region
Creates & maintains the product strategy (Playbook) for respective markets; to enable long‑range planning and lifecycle management
Collaborate in financial analysis and justification for product selection and definition
Conduct marketing analysis to understand competitor landscape, research competitor pricing, performance and product lines

Product Development

Drive product roadmap decisions for Asia Pacific as well as market specifications
Communicate product requirements to R&D; provide oversight through the development cycle, ushering through various Stage Gates
Develop and implement methods and procedures for monitoring projects to inform management of current status of each project
Optimize product performance to guarantee the best solution to customers
Serve as primary liaison between customers, sales, and design & development teams

Go to Market

Commercialize product, including pre‑launch coordination with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.
Create product go‑to‑market plans (target markets, pricing, timing, and launch strategies)
Lead training for sales team and employees who manage our products
Work with respective internal departments to aid in forecasting, production, and rollout priorities, and troubleshoot issues impacting product lines and/or orders
Support creation of product release materials across all Asia Pacific content

Other

Provide support to department management, senior management, cross‑department peers, sales, and customers on product information via presentations, product briefs, and other demonstrations
Support internal reporting requirements for product management department

Qualifications Training and/or Experience

5+ years of relevant Product Management experience
Alternatively, 5+ years of industry experience – various markets preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Deep knowledge of gaming content
Strong awareness of gaming industry trends
Self‑directed, highly motivated, thorough and accurate
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross‑functional team
Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Systematic and methodical approach to reaching desired results
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to build relationships with colleagues & customers at all levels

Physical Requirements

Role to be based in Macau or Philippines
Office environment + work from Home
Travel throughout Asia region
Quarterly visitation to Sydney office
