Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a project Manager. The project Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, and collaborating across teams to ensure success. Responsibilities include managing client expectations, evaluating project progress, developing strategies to increase client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling services to enhance client growth.
Additionally, the Account Manager may ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Worked at previous Shopify agency
- Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Experience in account management, client success, or customer support roles
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and coordinate project timelines
- An understanding of Shopify and ecommerce‑related tools or platforms is a plus
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement
- Experience in the ecommerce or tech industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
