As a Client Success Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients achieve their business outcomes by delivering proactive support and data-driven insights. This role involves building strong relationships, anticipating client needs, and optimizing retention through renewal strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and drive long-term satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to combine analytical expertise with client advocacy, helping organizations maximize the value of innovative healthcare IT solutions.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by listening actively and delivering outstanding service
- Analyze client data to identify trends, forecast needs, and spot potential risks or opportunities
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate satisfaction and recommend improvements
- Support renewal strategies by negotiating terms, tracking contracts, and driving timely completion of paperwork
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, and product development to ensure seamless client experiences
- Advocate for client needs, prioritize concerns, and escalate issues where necessary for resolution
- Assist with strategic client initiatives and provide operational oversight for critical matters
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Accounting, preferably with a technology-related minor
- At least 2 years of experience in Client Success with proven technical or operational expertise
- Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and leverage client data to drive outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in healthcare IT, with knowledge of EMR systems, patient engagement, medical billing, or business intelligence platforms
- Consulting or implementation experience within the healthcare vertical is highly valued
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
