Overview
This 4‑month contract remote position is based in the states listed on the job posting and will operate within Eastern Time zone work hours.
Responsibilities- Maintain administrative functions for CVAS operations while ensuring policies and guidelines are interpreted correctly and followed.
- Process bid requests and agreements via email, client portals, and other channels.
- Deliver completed reports to clients through email and/or portals.
- Create and submit retainer invoices.
- Check the CVAS database for prior work experience.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate).
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of initiative and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- College/University degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
Approximate compensation range: $24/hour to $26.50/hour.
BenefitsThis role is classified as a “Limited Term Employee” (LTE). Full‑time LTEs and families are provided options for employer‑subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, and vision, as well as employer‑paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short‑term / long‑term disability. LTEs may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan, which includes an employer match. LTEs will receive 10 days of sick leave per year.
