Position: Export Specialist (Fixed Term – 6 Months)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Specialist (6 Months) to manage end-to-end export operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations, coordinate with plant and logistics partners, and maintain accurate documentation to support smooth and timely export processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Export shipment processes in compliance with customs regulations and international standards.
  • Prepare and share required export documentation (Invoice, Customs declaration, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, COO, reservation confirmations).
  • Consolidate export orders based on quantity, IMCO class and shipment requirements.
  • Track shipment movements, ensure timely dispatch, and distribute documentation to customers, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Planning, Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to align export plans and priorities.
  • Handle ERP entries for export orders and maintain accurate follow-up files.
  • Manage export-related cost documents and deliver them to Finance.
  • Track missing/damaged goods and support issue resolution with relevant parties.
  • Support internal and external audits, documentation accuracy, and compliance with ISO and quality processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in export operations.
  • Strong knowledge of export legislation, customs procedures, and logistics processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills, positive attitude and solution-oriented focus.
  • Strong documentation, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
  • Foreign Trade certification is an advantage.
