Experis UK is looking for an experienced Portfolio Director to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic client accounts, leading growth, retention and diversification across key industry sectors.
This is a senior leadership role within Experis. You'll operate as a trusted client partner, a visible leader to account teams, and the commercial owner of portfolio performance, with real influence over strategy, delivery and outcomes.

In this role, success is defined by impact and leadership, not task lists. You'll be trusted to:
Own the commercial performance of a strategic client portfolio
Act as the senior escalation point and executive relationship holder
Grow share of wallet through solution diversification, not just volume
Lead and develop high‑performing account teams
Use insight, data and market knowledge to guide client strategy
Partner closely with delivery, operational excellence and new business teams
Ensure governance, quality and consistency across client engagements
This role will appeal to someone who:
Has led and grown large, complex technology or recruitment accounts
Is comfortable owning P&L, GP and portfolio strategy
Operates credibly at C‑suite and executive level
Enjoys leading through influence in a matrixed organisation
