In this role, you will coordinate with distribution partners to maintain accurate compensation records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. We seek candidates with experience in financial services or insurance industries who excel in problem-solving and communication, both verbal and written. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact for distribution partners.
• Resolve inquiries from partners through various communication channels.
• Analyze contracts to meet service levels and compliance.
• Maintain and update multiple data systems accurately.
• Support project testing, enhancing user experience.
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Background in financial or insurance services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer relations skills.
• Bilingualism is an asset.
