Logistics Data Analyst – Advanced Excel / Reporting

Hammerulo Data Corp is currently looking for a Logistics Data Analyst – Advanced Excel.
Responsibilities- Responsible for analysis of freight contracts across modes, equipment types, and carriers, to uncover areas of opportunity and mitigate financial risks.
- Identify solutions and execute to drive results.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Provide analysis and interpretation of information regarding logistics cost components.
- Gather data, provide analysis, and evaluate results to determine best solution to solve a problem.
- Analyze financial transactions data to find patterns, trends, inconsistencies.
- Investigate, research, and resolve outstanding disputed invoices.
- Audits & correct disputed invoices submitted by internal and external customers.
- Identifies root cause of billing disputes, reports process deficiencies and recommends process improvements to create efficiencies and reduce errors.
- Analyzes invoices for billing accuracy, works with internal teams to ensure that revenue is applied correctly to invoices.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics Data Analyst position
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, freight, or transportation management.
- Keen interest in logistics management work.
- IT Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and closely with internal and external parties.
- Those who can start soon would be an advantage.
- Able to start as soon as possible.
