We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract with BCMEA. In this position, you will conduct operational assessments to improve training program efficiency, review qualitative and quantitative data, and recommend actionable insights to leadership. You will play a crucial role in managing training program details and coordinating efforts with dispatch for optimal supply and demand resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical assessments for training programs weekly

• Access and review payroll and competency ratings

• Manage trainee details effectively

• Collaborate with Dispatch on industry supply dynamics

• Produce management slide decks for meetings

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years in Operations within a unionized setting

• Relevant degree or college diploma

• Strong analytical and data fluency skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
