Position: Manager, Sales Commissions

Overview

As Manager, Sales Commissions in the Revenue Operations team, you will own the end‑to‑end commissions process and strategy, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company objectives. You will deliver timely and compliant payouts, drive process improvements, produce strategic insights for incentive design and sales performance, and lead a team of analysts to expand the rigor and automation of the commissions engine.

Monthly

Payouts and Reporting

Calculate monthly payouts accurately and submit them to Payroll on time, maintaining controls and ensuring transparency. Lead Monthly Insights Meetings for Rev Ops and Managing Directors, presenting actionable data to inform strategic decisions.

Business Reviews and Incentive Programs

Contribute to the Rev Ops Monthly Business Review deck and discussions. Own sales incentive programs such as Elite performance initiatives, PIPs, spiffs, and the President’s Club, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective execution.

Analysis and Process Optimization

Identify opportunities to optimise efficiency and growth across GTM functions through detailed analysis. Drive continuous improvements in the administration of commissions and incentive programs, ensuring compliance and leveraging tools to automate processes for faster and more accurate calculations.

Team Leadership and Training

Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing training and guidance to ensure accurate execution of commissions processes and high‑quality analysis. Build collaboration and skill development for a high‑performing team.

Other Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales incentive plans across global channels.
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve organisational objectives, even when tasks fall outside the defined scope.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, or Compensation in a fast‑paced GTM environment.
  • 2+ years of people‑management experience.
  • Experience owning compensation cycles and incentive program governance at scale.
  • Track record of influencing cross‑functional stakeholders through data, analysis, and strategic insight.
  • Strong background in planning, reporting, and KPI tracking with deep understanding of GTM performance levers.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualisation platforms; experience with SPIFF & Looker is a plus.
  • Fluency in English as a working language (required).
