During your internship,you’llbe involved in a wide range of HR topics and actively support both global and local initiatives:

Learning Team,Leadership & Culture Development

• General HR Project Support
• Prepare engaging presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office
• Help create SharePoint sites, learning content and Communication material
• Support new initiatives for learning and leadership development
• Help create Learning Content and Communication material
• Organize virtual workshops and meetings

• A student (m/f/d) enrolled in Economic or Social Sciences (Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or comparable study fields)
• You have a strong interest in HR topics like Learning,Leadership Development and Culture Development
• You work independently, are organized and eager to learn
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital collaboration tools is a plus
• Fluent in English language skills (written and spoken)
• Enthusiastic about fostering professional connections and building strong networks
• Organized, independent, and proactive in your way of working efficient in problem-solving, decision-making (managing multiple topics in parallel)
