What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain comprehensive project trackers for HR acquisition and integration initiatives
  • Coordinate and monitor timelines for benefits transitions, payroll conversions, HRIS integrations, and policy harmonization
  • Support HR data integration efforts, including tracking data migration and validation prior to system go‑live
  • Facilitate integration meetings; document decisions and action items
  • Identify risks and timeline conflicts, escalating issues as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional organizational, documentation, and follow‑up skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations
  • PMP certification or formal project management training
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or multi‑entity environments
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll system implementations
