Key Responsibilities:
• Own the roadmap for checkout and loyalty experiences
• Optimize lower funnel processes for better conversions
• Lead initiatives that enhance customer retention strategies
• Define and track success metrics for product initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet strategic goals
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in product management
• Experience in loyalty or subscription models
• Proven success in growth initiatives and CRO
• Strong analytical abilities with relevant tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
