Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients, guiding them through software implementation and ensuring long-term adoption and business value. This fully remote role is open to applicants residing in specific U.S. states.

Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will act as the single point of accountability for client projects, managing onboarding, driving adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll build strong relationships, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for clients
  • Project manage onboarding to accelerate value realization
  • Engage stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to design solutions
  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans
  • Monitor work requests and schedule deployments
  • Resolve issues by facilitating communication and clarifying requirements
  • Manage project communications and risks
  • Drive early adoption with KPIs and success metrics
  • Maintain positive client relationships and measure satisfaction
  • Identify upsell, expansion, and renewal opportunities
  • Forecast sales projections and deal values
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, account management, sales, consulting)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and prioritization
  • Ability to empathize with clients and build trust
  • Proven ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Success within a SaaS business
  • SaaS software sales experience
  • Ability to deliver high-quality presentations and negotiate effectively
