Our Board Services Unit is currently seeking an Analyst I/II to provide technical and analytical support to the Board of Administration and Executive Team. This position interacts with members of the Board of Administration, Executive Office, Legal Office, consultants, and numerous outside contacts. This position requires sensitivity to confidential matters; independence of action, analysis, and initiative; and a thorough knowledge of the organization and modern office methods.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Serves as the PC Coordinator and technical liaison for the CalPERS Board.
- Creates and maintains Board of Administration iPad/Web Portal System.
- Coordinates and serves as the principal liaison with respect to board meeting technology.
- Assists with development and maintenance of the Board member portal system.
- Participates in cross training of Board Services Unit service verticals, including board member travel, board education tracking, and monthly Board of Administration meeting support.
- Provides technical support to the Board of Administration.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly.
