Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated billing consultant to lead the transformation of our billing processes, which are currently managed manually using Excel. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable billing solution that seamlessly integrates with Quick Books, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and control.

Responsibilities

+ Assess current billing processes to identify inefficiencies.

+ Design and implement optimized billing workflows.

+ Recommend and deploy solutions that integrate with Quick Books.

+ Establish controls, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

+ Support the integration process as needed.

+ Optionally assess tax compliance and accounting structures.

Essential Skills

+ 5-10+ years experience in billing, accounting operations, or process improvement.

+ Hands-on experience with Quick Books and system integrations.

+ Experience in process automation.

+ Proven ability to execute full lifecycle implementations.

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Experience in invoicing and billing systems.

+ Proficiency in Excel and project control.

+ Management skills and procedure analysis.

+ Project management expertise.

Work Environment

The role involves working with cutting-edge billing technologies and requires proficiency in Quick Books. The candidate will work in an environment focused on process optimization and efficiency. Dress code is business casual.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Farmers Branch, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
