Senior Leadership Role in Sales and Business Development

Job Description

Freyr Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Leadership professional to join our Sales and Business Development team. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the life sciences industry, focusing on large-scale outsourcing and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage full sales cycles, close deals, and develop long‑term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business opportunities, specifically in outsourcing/managed services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through contract execution.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Freyr’s services with their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to guide the sales process.
  • Lead Go-to-Market strategies and manage client-focused initiatives.
  • Work closely with sales, pre‑sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development or sales within the life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record in closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Expertise in selling large-scale outsourcing or managed services.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple high‑profile accounts and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
