Type: Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Location: Remote (USA Only)

Rate: $90–$110 per hour

Availability: 20–30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST time zone

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers or Brokerage Managers for a short-term project with a leading AI lab. In this role, you’ll use your brokerage expertise to help fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) by evaluating and improving how AI handles complex real estate transactions, negotiations, and client interactions. No prior AI experience is needed — you’ll receive training and gain exposure to how AI can enhance and streamline the brokerage process.

• Design and assess real-world brokerage and transaction scenarios to test AI reasoning and compliance.
• Write structured, detailed explanations for deal structuring, negotiation strategies, and contract management.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and clarity.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance AI understanding of real estate deal workflows and brokerage management.

• Strong experience as a Real Estate Broker or Brokerage Manager.
• Experience in U.S. real estate markets preferred.
• Excellent English writing, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using web-based tools for data annotation and feedback.
• No prior AI experience required — training provided.
