We are looking for a Business Development Manager ( Partnerships) to drive strategic growth through ecosystem partnerships across crypto, DeFi, token projects, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and related verticals.
This role is focused on identifying high-potential partners, structuring win-win collaborations, and delivering measurable impact in terms of MAU growth, B2C and B2B deals, and efficient customer acquisition through partnerships.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in crypto partnerships, a strong industry network, and the ability to independently lead the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to post-launch analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and source relevant projects across ecosystems, token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and other crypto verticals.
- Work with both cold and warm introductions, including leveraging and segmenting the existing internal partner database.
- Build and prioritize a structured pipeline of high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Develop tailored value propositions for each partner, from co-marketing collaborations to commercial B2C and B2B deals.
- Prepare partner-facing materials, including partner decks and customized proposals for key segments.
- Lead partnership activation from agreement to go-live.
- Measure impact on MAU growth, B2C/B2B revenue, and CAC through partnerships.
- Conduct post-analysis to evaluate what worked, what did not, and how to scale successful models.
