In this Associate rank role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining Appian workflows while resolving process issues proactively. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Appian queues to optimize work flow
• Improve email categorization processes for accuracy
• Execute daily checks to maintain case timelines
• Quickly escalate high-risk or urgent issues
• Support testing and rollout of system features
Requirements:
• Proven ability in managing operational workflows
• Strong communicator adept at aligning stakeholders
• Organized and detail-oriented in daily tasks
• Experience in Investor Operations or case management
• Adaptability to navigate changing processes
