Role DescriptionThis full‑time Chief of Staff role for a client of ours will be based in the Greater Philadelphia area with a hybrid work setup, allowing a combination of in‑office and remote work. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the leadership team by managing strategic projects, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring alignment across organizational priorities. Daily responsibilities include driving cross‑functional initiatives, conducting data analyses, preparing key reports, facilitating communication, and providing administrative support.
This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at problem‑solving, decision‑making, and building collaborative relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills for overseeing operations, setting goals, and managing strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and inform executive decisions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to streamline information sharing and support decision‑making processes.
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify solutions.
- Experience managing cross‑functional teams and building collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Background in leadership development, talent strategy, or HR management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and adapt to varying organizational needs.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, preferably with prior exposure to consulting, business operations, or leadership roles.
