We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to join our small business team. This position offers a flexible schedule, requiring between 4 to 12 hours per month, with hours varying throughout the year to accommodate our needs.

• After an initial training period of a few weeks, you will have the option to work remotely.
• In-person meetings will be required 2 to 4 times per month to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Maintain a full and comprehensive understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Manage general ledger upkeep and produce custom reports as needed.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and responsiveness.

• Expertise in Quick Books Online is essential; certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes, rest homes, or assisted living, is a plus, especially with an emphasis on government grants and funding.
