• Develop tailored enablement strategies to address performance gaps in the Customer Success organization
• Create and implement learning programs to enhance productivity throughout the renewal cycle
• Lead impactful training for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and develop training materials
• Represent Customer Success learning needs across the business for continuous development
• Champion and embed the employer's cultural principles as the company scales globally

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university
• 3+ years in sales enablement or related fields, preferably in high-growth environments
• Prior experience in post-sale roles, ideally as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
• Strong communication and training delivery skills
• Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in fast-paced, change-heavy environments
• Direct experience with Articulate, Absorb (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira (Project Management)
• Multi-Lingual:
  Ability to create/translate learning content (English, French, Spanish)
• Ability to guide and motivate sellers to achieve their performance goals
