Partner Account Manager - Bronx

The Partner Account Manager will engage and manage key accounts, drive growth through partner relationships, and help us reach more businesses across the United States. The role is proactive, creative, and manages solutions independently.

• Develop and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Create strategic referral networks and partnership opportunities focused on lead generation.
• Identify and resolve emerging issues, providing solutions by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute initiatives (educational events, email, webinars, etc.).
• Work with partners to set business goals and performance metrics to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities.

• 2+ years of experience building relationships with tech, HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space.
• Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Highly motivated, independent relationship builder.
• Thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Resilient, resourceful, and creative problem-solver.
• Willingness to manage partnership issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy; experience with Salesforce preferred.

• Available to travel and be in the field 3 days a week.

The total On Target Earnings for this role is $,000, which includes a base salary of $90,000 and variable target compensation of $60,000. Total Rewards also includes stock option grants and a comprehensive suite of wellness benefits.
