Job Title: Commission-Based Lead Generator for 425C Studio

Location: Remote

Compensation: 20% Commission on Closed Deals

We work with B2B clients across a variety of industries, delivering high-quality products with precision and ease. Our clients include premium brands seeking quality, reliability, and a seamless experience.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and clever hustler to reach B2B clients across diverse industries, generating interest in our premium custom manufacturing services. This part-time, commission-based role offers a 20% commission on all closed deals. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, business development, or consulting, particularly within the apparel, lifestyle, or premium brand sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients who could benefit from our design, development, manufacturing, and branding services.
  • Initiate contact through professional channels such as Linked In, email, or networking events.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their alignment with 425C Studio’s services and premium positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and leads through provided systems.
  • Collaborate with the 425C Studio team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, new business development, lead generation, or consulting.
  • A hustler mentality with clever, strategic thinking.
  • Strong network within relevant industries (apparel, lifestyle brands, premium merchandise).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high level of professionalism.
