This temporary full-time position based in Mount Pearl Square combines administrative precision with hands-on purchasing. You will take responsibility for managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and implementing various purchasing methods to achieve efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect purchase requisitions for correctness

• Manage vendor inquiries and product updates

• Prepare and dispatch purchase orders to suppliers

• Select appropriate methods for effective purchasing

• Complete purchases using defined purchasing processes

Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or business diploma

• At least two years of recent buying experience

• Meditech System experience is beneficial

• Strong track record of performance expected

• Physical capability to lift items up to 10 lbs
