Globaltize is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to help build and scale our referral, partnership, and authority-building channels. This person will play a key role in growing our referral program, developing strategic partnerships, generating new client opportunities, securing backlinks, supporting press and article opportunities, and expanding Globaltize’s presence across the payroll, HR, recruitment, and business services space.

You are also not afraid to hop on a call or dial! You understand how to create value for partners and are excited about building a scalable referral and partnership program from the ground up.
Ideally, you already have experience or connections within the payroll, human resources, recruitment, staffing, SaaS, or business services space and can leverage your existing network to help Globaltize grow.
What You Will Do- Grow Globaltize’s referral program, including identifying new partners, encouraging sign-ups, and helping drive referral activity. (View our program here)
- Conduct outbound outreach to payroll companies, HR consultants, recruiters, agencies, business coaches, influencers, newsletters, and other potential referral partners
- Act like a BDR for partnerships by sourcing leads, sending cold emails, using Linked In, following up, and booking partnership conversations
- Develop relationships with companies and individuals who serve business owners and may have clients looking to hire internationally
- Secure SEO backlinks, press inquiries, guest articles, podcast opportunities, newsletter features, and other visibility-building opportunities
- Help create partnership messaging, referral pitches, outreach templates, partner one-pagers, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Track partner conversations, referral activity, booked calls, and revenue attribution in the CRM
- Maintain consistent communication with referral partners and help keep them engaged over time
- Research new partnership opportunities across payroll, HR tech, recruiting, staffing, BPO, SaaS, consulting, and business communities
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to improve the referral program, partner incentives, and overall partnership strategy
- Report weekly on outreach activity, partner pipeline, referral growth, backlinks, press opportunities, and booked calls generated
