We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Revenue Operations Manager to lead go‑to‑market operations for a fast‑growing, data‑driven organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone for regional Sales and Customer Success teams, optimizing processes, driving revenue efficiency, and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment on planning, tools, and performance metrics.
Success requires a combination of analytical rigor, operational expertise, and strong communication skills in a remote‑first, high‑growth environment. This position offers the opportunity to shape revenue operations and influence business outcomes at scale.
- Manage day‑to‑day Sales and Customer Success operations for the region, including lead flow, pipeline hygiene, and renewals.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and other GTM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting readiness, and process adherence.
- Drive regional forecasting cadences, providing reliable data and ensuring accountability for pipeline cleanliness.
- Design and maintain territory and account segmentation models for fair coverage and prioritization.
- Partner with GTM leadership to train teams on operational best practices, tools, and dashboards.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflows across multiple regions and time zones.
- Deliver key performance dashboards and insights to support data‑informed decision‑making.
- Act as a regional connector between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, preferably in SaaS or high‑growth startup environments.
- Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce CRM and GTM tech stack tools such as Clari, Outreach, Zoom Info, Gong, and CPQ platforms.
- Strong understanding of multi‑regional go‑to‑market models and adapting global strategies for local execution.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets to derive insights and inform decisions.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote‑first environment across multiple time zones.
- Competitive base salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD per year.
