As the Business Lead, your role focuses on meeting the sales goals of Lifecycle Services through strategic planning with Authorized Distributors. You will assess performance, develop annual business plans, and ensure alignment with Rockwell's growth strategies. Your proven ability to foster relationships and drive accountability will enhance the effectiveness of our service offerings and distributor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive growth and performance within Lifecycle Services
• Manage business reporting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate across functions to develop customer strategies
• Plan and implement commercial programs
• Lead new offering launches to partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Willingness to travel 40% within specified regions
• Proven sales experience; background in services preferred
