- 3+ years of people and team management experience.
- Strong prioritization and time management (this role has multiple facets and hence time management and prioritization is a key to being successful).
- Self‑starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast‑paced environment and excited to build.
- Data and process‑centric leader with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
- Experience in growing teams with a learning mindset, people‑first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain and your team.
- Able to work with cross‑functional leaders to drive improvements to product and processes.
- A sense of humor, a can‑do attitude and a customer‑focused mindset.
