As a specialist, you will gather and analyze user requirements for the DND software suite, aiding in solution evaluation alongside Development teams. This role requires a depth of experience in facilitating collaborative workshops and a knack for understanding complex systems and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse diverse data sources for user needs

• Document user stories and assist with prioritisation

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in large organisations

• Advanced knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Visio

• Proven expertise in business analysis methods

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Canadian citizenship and minimum Secret security clearance eligibility
