Position: Consulting Internship (16 Month Contract)

Consulting Internship (16 Month Contract)

Enjoy a hybrid work model with TPG, balancing remote work and time at our main office located at 703 Evans Avenue in Etobicoke, Ontario. Interns typically spend half of their time in the office. Given our diverse client base across North America, you’ll also have the opportunity to travel to client sites as required.

Contract Term

This internship runs from May 2026 to August 2027 (16 months).

At TPG, you’ll take on real‑world challenges, contribute meaningfully, and work alongside a talented, energetic, and fun team. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with clients and support various internal projects, gaining hands‑on experience in management consulting and process improvement.

During your internship, you’ll be actively involved in:

  • Participating in projects alongside our Management Consultants working directly with clients
  • Engaging in projects such as optimizing supply chains, enhancing IT strategies, deploying change management, project management, and executing strategic plans
  • Gathering and interpreting data to produce actionable insights that directly influence business decisions
  • Crafting compelling presentations that communicate insights and strategies to both internal teams and clients
  • Supporting internal initiatives such as process improvement within our firm and Purpose Beyond Profit (TPG’s non‑profit initiative)
  • Contributing to TPG’s growth through internal initiatives in marketing, sales development, or other areas of interest

Requirements

Below are the key qualifications and expectations for this position:

  • Availability: May 2026 – August 2027
  • Education: Currently pursuing an Industrial Engineering or Engineering Science Degree, with 3rd‑year coursework completed by the start of the internship.
Skills
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data set using advanced data analytics tools such as Excel or Power Bi
