Client Success Manager - Remote

(Remote | Full-Time | $2,000 Base + $3–5k/month OTE)

At MD Can Help, we’re scaling rapidly—and with 40–50+ new clients joining each month, we need a warm, strategic operator to own the onboarding experience, ensure clients are successful throughout their program, and guide them into additional coaching opportunities where applicable.

Be the compassionate, organized advisor who makes clients feel like joining MD Can Help was the best decision of their lives—and that they never want to leave. You’ll lead onboarding calls, check in regularly to ensure clients are getting everything they set out to achieve, and help them seamlessly continue into additional programs.

• Run 10–20 live onboarding calls/week (noon–8pm ET)
• Recommend and book upsells and continuation programs
• Drive referrals by building deep trust with clients
• Relay feedback from clients to MD Can Help leadership to continually improve the program
• Match clients with the right coach and track client data in Close
• Conduct regular check‑ins to ensure clients are engaged and on track
• Celebrate wins internally and with clients
• Oversee client offboarding and welcome packages

• High‑EQ communicator who connects especially well with female physicians and builds trust quickly
• Experienced in sales and comfortable with relationship‑based selling—you can guide clients toward additional offerings naturally and confidently
• Detail‑oriented, structured, and obsessed with elevating the client experience
• Customer‑facing experience required; healthcare background is a plus
• Available from noon–8pm ET Tuesday–Sunday

• Base salary: $2,000/month
• Performance bonuses tied to referrals, upsells, and client engagement
• On‑target earnings: $3,000–$5,000/month to start, with growth potential
