Franchise Business Partner DescriptionOur client, a national franchised services organization, is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Partner to support a defined portfolio of franchise locations across the United States. You will partner closely with corporate teams and franchise owners to improve business performance through consistent execution, operational discipline, and data-informed decision-making. The Franchise Business Partner serves as a trusted business advisor, helping owners strengthen day‑to‑day operations, drive revenue growth, and improve overall business results while maintaining alignment with brand standards and organizational objectives.
Success in this role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to build credibility with owners and influence outcomes through structured guidance, consistent communication, thoughtful analysis, and follow‑through.
- Serve as the point of contact for operational guidance and business support to franchise owners
- Coach owners and their teams on leadership, marketing, sales, service delivery, and financials
- Organize and lead meetings around best practices to drive brand growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships and consistent lines of communication with franchisees
- Develop and deliver training and growth initiatives through meetings, workshops, and virtual sessions
- Contribute to the creation of marketing, sales, operational, financial and training strategies
- Facilitate monthly collaborative owner forums to foster continuous improvement and accountability
- Inspire and motivate franchisees to achieve success in their businesses
- Plan and execute franchise meetings and regional sessions to support network‑wide engagement
- Conduct regular check‑in calls and field visits, documenting action items and coaching opportunities
- Review P&Ls, forecasts, and KPIs with owners; support actionable improvement plans
- Facilitate regional and national training programs and cooperative initiatives
- 5+ years of operational leadership or business management experience required
- 3+ years of franchise operations experience required
- Demonstrated sales and revenue‑growth experience required
- Proven ability to guide and influence business owners and leadership teams required
- Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% within the US required
