Role SummaryWe're on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Staff Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives and deliver solutions that scale. A Day in the LifeAs a Staff Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch complex, customer-centric products and guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision-making will ensure our products meet and exceed business and customer goals.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
- Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.
- Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.
- Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
- Experience
: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role. - Expertise
:
Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments. - Collaboration
:
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers. - Technical Background
:
Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes. - Leadership
:
Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels. - Skills
:
Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Tools
:
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools. - Education
:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
- Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
- Ability to work in a confined area.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Occasional stooping or kneeling may be necessary.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
