Customer Experience (CX): represent the customer’s voice by analysing feedback and user behaviour to refine the CX in collaboration with the UX Research team.
Process Improvement: collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e‑commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
Roadmap & Planning: work with leadership to define project milestones, timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of e‑commerce goals.
Performance Tracking: monitor project success using KPIs and data‑driven insights, ensuring that every update delivers measurable value to the business.
Stakeholder Alignment: act as a bridge among stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.

Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
Understanding of e‑commerce platforms, web technologies and e‑commerce operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to influence counterparts and gain consensus among stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to self‑prioritise and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment with effective time management.
Proficiency in using data to justify project spend and measure the ROI of new features.
Analytical mindset and critical thinking; ability to identify risks and dependencies and capacity to operate autonomously.
Additional Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of project management or related work experience.
Associate’s degree and 5+ years of project management or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of project management or related work experience.
Completed advanced degrees may be substituted for up to two years of work experience (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).
