Lead IT Recruiter/Technical Manager at Atlantic PartnersOur Direct client in the Health Industry is seeking for a Financial Operations Event Management for a 7+ month contract with possibly hire. This is a 100% REMOTE ROLE (40 hrs/wk) in EST Time Zone

The ideal candidate must have experience entering event budgets into Workfront expense management system. Must have either prior experience in a financial management support role or prior experience in an administrative or event management role involving budget or expense management
The client will hire over a couple of MS Teams Technical Video Assessments.

The Financial Operations Coordinator will support the Event Management Team to ensure that invoices are processed, Client payments are reconciled, event reconciliations are completed, and expense management tools are updated continuously.
Responsibilities:
• Enter event budgets into Workfront expense management system
• Process invoices in Concur and update the expense details in Workfront
• Organize and upload receipts to Client @ Work Reconciliation portal
• Assist with tracking employee travel expenses
• Follow up with the Event Managers to obtain missing information
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be able to work remotely 40 hours per week. EST time zone is preferred
• Candidate must be available to participate in 1-2 team meetings per week via Google Meet
• Either prior experience in a financial management support role or prior experience in an administrative or event management role involving budget or expense management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with budgets and expense coding
• Passionate about spreadsheets, organizational systems, and data integrity
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Conduct email communications in a professional manner
• Knowledge of Client @ Work Corporate Account Reconciliation is a plus but not required
