Compensation: $61,680 - $100,000+ annually

Includes base salary at $1,500/month + uncapped 25% commission on deals.

Based on at least one sale per month; OTE (On-Target Earnings) offers unlimited upside for higher performance.

Summary:

Atlas Consulting is seeking a driven Staffing Consultant to join our new and growing Recruitment Division. You will own end-to-end recruitment and client development with support from our recruiters. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated recruiter with sales experience who thrives in an autonomous, high-earning environment.

• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or client management.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools is an asset.
