The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. The Implementation Manager proactively identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and drives accountability across stakeholders. They play a key role in improving operational processes, standardizing implementation practices, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery, quality of implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the ability to scale processes effectively.

• Monitor and manage the startup requirements of all new buildings
• Maintain tracking sheets and oversee multiple customer tracking tools.
• Provide regular status updates to customers on all start up related requirements.
• Compile and analyze data for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Prepare and manage internal and customer presentations and meetings.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones.
• Travel to new and existing sites for training and to Implement policies at new locations; minimum of 50% travel required.
• Hold a valid passport, with international travel required.
• Maintain Bank of America and a MyCTW accounts for all travel related needs.
• Work from a dedicated home office is required when not traveling.

Typically warehouse (inside an office) work environment but could include manufacturing and transportation locations.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $80,487.00 – $. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
