The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. The Implementation Manager proactively identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and drives accountability across stakeholders. They play a key role in improving operational processes, standardizing implementation practices, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery, quality of implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the ability to scale processes effectively.
- Monitor and manage the startup requirements of all new buildings
- Maintain tracking sheets and oversee multiple customer tracking tools.
- Provide regular status updates to customers on all start up related requirements.
- Compile and analyze data for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Prepare and manage internal and customer presentations and meetings.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones.
- Travel to new and existing sites for training and to Implement policies at new locations; minimum of 50% travel required.
- Hold a valid passport, with international travel required.
- Maintain Bank of America and a MyCTW accounts for all travel related needs.
- Work from a dedicated home office is required when not traveling.

CompensationFor this position, the expected base pay range is $80,487.00 – $. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
