We invite board-certified physicians and final-year residents specializing in hematology or oncology to join our team. This ongoing contract role requires a commitment of 20+ hours weekly, where you will design and evaluate training scenarios for AI models, contributing to the overall improvement of clinical applications in AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop clinically accurate prompts for AI model training
• Write and grade high-quality reference responses
• Assess AI-generated outputs based on structured guidelines
• Provide detailed feedback to assist research progression
• Engage in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions
Requirements:
• Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license
• Final-year residents or board-eligible recent graduates acceptable
• Board-certified fellows in relevant specialties
• Flexibility for a remote commitment of 20+ hours per week
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
