Sales Analytics & Reporting Executive; Temporary

Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the Sales Analytics & Reporting Executive (Temporary) position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Support One Source project activities related to sales reporting, KPI logic, data validation, and business requirements
• Participate in key processes including data mapping, report validation, KPI reconciliation, and UAT
• Follow up on project progress by tracking issues, test results, and required actions with IT Data and business stakeholders
• Contribute to documentation and training, and support post go‑live stabilization activities
• Ensure alignment of outputs with Sales Excellence reporting needs and overall business processes
• Support sales performance reporting across channels, teams, and business units
• Track field force KPIs such as visit performance, coverage, execution, sell‑in, sell‑out, and other relevant sales metrics
• Support incentive and bonus calculation processes, including data preparation, validation, and control checks
• Analyze field activity, visit planning, and sales performance data to identify improvement areas
• Contribute to data quality, data cleansing, ad‑hoc analysis, and monthly management reporting processes
• Work closely with sales teams to support performance follow‑up and process improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field
• Preferably 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, sales excellence, commercial operations or similar functions
• Strong Excel skills
• SQL and Power BI knowledge are preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn
• Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up tasks in a structured way

We offer a flexible hybrid working model, including flexible working hours and a home office allowance during home office days. Employees can work fully remote for up to four weeks during July and August and may finish work by 15:00 during the summer period.
