We are looking for a high-energy, proactive, and “zero-error” Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to our Co-Founder. You won’t just be managing a calendar; you will be an extension of the leadership team, ensuring our strategic goals are met and our client relationships are flawless.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same—from drafting high-stakes client communications to orchestrating international team events—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Communication & Client Relations
Gatekeeping & Outreach:
Manage the Co-Founder’s inbox, prioritizing urgent matters and drafting responses that mirror their professional voice.
Client Engagement:
Act as a first point of contact for key clients, handling follow-ups and ensuring a “white-glove” experience.
Linked In/Social Presence:
Assist in managing professional outreach and engagement on platforms like Linked In to maintain the Co-Founder’s industry authority.
2. Event Planning & Culture Building
End-to-End Logistics:
Plan and execute client networking dinners, internal team offsites, and webinar logistics.
Relationship Management:
Keep track of key dates (client birthdays, work anniversaries) and manage gifting/recognition programs.
3. Operations & Platform Management
Internal Platform Mastery:
Become a “power user” of our internal platform to update data, pull reports, and ensure the Co-Founder has the right metrics at their fingertips.
Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the Co-Founder’s daily routine and suggest AI tools or workflow changes to improve efficiency.
Calendar & Travel:
Complex scheduling across multiple time zones and seamless travel coordination (including visas and local logistics).
Special Projects:
Researching new market trends (e.g., remote work in Central Asia) or prepping slides for upcoming webinars.
Proven experience in Client Relations or Sales Support.
Strong organizational skills—you probably have a color-coded life.
Ability to provide at least 4-hour overlap with the US timezone (Central time).
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
