Responsibilities
  • Learn how to identify and connect with potential business clients
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking
  • Build strong professional relationships with decision-makers
  • Present Rylem Staffing’s services and value proposition
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to match clients with top talent
  • Support negotiations and help close new business deals
  • Track your progress and contribute to revenue growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident speaking with professionals and executives
  • Competitive mindset and goal-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and be coached
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
