Tallen offers meeting planners, exhibit houses, exhibitors, and corporations AV technology and production services that enable them to deliver their message to audiences of all sizes in venues across the U.S. Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Summary:

Tallen is seeking full-time Production Managers. Candidates must be well versed in live corporate-audio-visual or trade show arenas with a minimum of five years of Production Manager/Technical Director experience. Knowledge in multiple areas of technical production, including PowerPoint are required, as well as polished interpersonal crew/client management skills. The position consists of approximately 75% travel per month around the US and abroad in addition to remote work.

Applicants must live in the US near a major airport and possess a valid passport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Production Manager/Technical Director as needed.
  • Act as subject matter expert in multiple areas of technical production, including streaming/virtual platforms are required.
  • Act as liaison between clients and crew while onsite.
  • Support cross-functional teams to execute virtual meetings and webinars across multiple platforms.
  • Work with presenters before and during the event as well as providing technical support to attendees.
  • Identify potential issues in overlap scheduling based on pre-production needs, live meeting travel and producing, training periods.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Technical Director/Production Manager experience.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to complete projects within deadlines.
  • Must be a strategic planner who can multi-task.
  • Strong attention to details, accuracy, and quality of work product, with few to no errors.
  • Ability to act as a team player and be flexible to respond to changing needs.
  • Ability to work with the utmost integrity, keeping proprietary information safeguarded.
  • Ability to work independently within scope of job responsibilities.
