AboutThe Role
As the Director of Business Development, Europe, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client’s presence across the region. Your primary focus will be developing strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the company as a preferred partner in the CRO industry. This remote position is open to candidates based in Switzerland or Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth – Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the company’s European footprint.
- Build & Strengthen Partnerships – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long‑term collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Revenue Targets – Proactively manage the sales pipeline, closing deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams – Work closely with technical experts, senior leadership, and global BD teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.
- Industry Engagement – Represent the company at key conferences, networking events, and industry meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.
- Data‑Driven Decision Making – Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to track progress, generate insights, and refine business development efforts.
